Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on
all US orders over $50. Your order may take up to 3 business days to process,
and up to 7 business days in shipping. Please note that delays during the holidays
could mean that orders may fall outside normal processing and delivery times.

Processing Times: We work with multiple producers throughout
the US and Canada, which allows our typical order processing time to be
between 1-3 business days, depending on the item. Most orders to the US will
automatically be shipped via DHL Express or via USPS--depending on where it
ships from—and shipping generally will take 2-7 business days. (see chart
below)

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will
receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and expected delivery
date. Please keep in mind that if you've ordered multiple items, they may be
shipped separately depending on origin and availability, just so we can get you
in-stock items ASAP! All items ship with a tracking number, and if the items in
your order are shipped separately, you'll receive a separate confirmation email
with updated tracking information once any remaining items from your order have
shipped.

Shipping Delays: Afrocentric Bazaar will do
everything we can to expedite all orders, but we are not responsible for delays
experienced on occasion by couriers once orders have been marked shipped and/or
are in transit.

DHL Express orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days,

Orders shipped via USPS generally arrive within 2-7 business

Returns & Refund Policy: We do not accept returns for any items. We
will refund our customers who receive a defective or damaged product if the customer
contacts us within 15 days of delivery.
